Welcome to your perfect Scottsdale retreat, ideal for groups and family getaways! Nestled in the heart of Scottsdale, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed for relaxation and fun, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Whether you're gathering with family, friends, or here for a special occasion, our home offers the perfect base for all your activities.

Accommodations include a master bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, a guest bedroom with two cozy twin beds, another guest bedroom with a welcoming queen bed, and a bonus room outfitted with two twin beds, two pull-out couches, and a full airbed with extra bedding available.

Features and amenities of the home include a private pool for your enjoyment, and a propane grill for cooking up a feast (note: propane not provided).

This home is not just a place to stay, but a place to make memories, conveniently located in the vibrant area of Scottsdale, Arizona. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or celebrate, our home is your gateway to a fantastic Arizona adventure.

The location highlights are unbeatable: just 8 minutes from Casino Arizona for those feeling lucky, a mere 7-minute drive to the Phoenix Zoo – perfect for family outings, only 15 miles from TPC Golf Course for golf enthusiasts, and 15 and 10 minutes away from downtown Phoenix and downtown Scottsdale respectively. The area offers abundant options for golf, shopping, and dining to make your stay memorable.

Please do not set A/C bellow 70. This may cause the A/C to freeze up. If this happens you will be charged the service fee.

When brining pets that shed please be advised that any additional clean due to dog hair or damages will be charged separately.

Please report any issues or damages within 3 hours of check in.

Bedroom 4 does not have a door.

-Please do not bring glass in or near the pool.
-No running or Horseplay.
-No Animals are allowed in the pool.
-No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
-We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
-Toddlers must wear swim diapers.

Pool is great, good location

The pool and outside is great. We went for our granddaughter’s 5th birthday. Whenever we were at the house she wanted to be in the pool. The outside area is great, with 2 sitting areas. The entertainment area worked well for us. The location is great, convenient to the zoo, botanical garden , the university or eating at Old Scottsdale. They were all a quick drive, and we did not have to get on the interstate. The house itself could use some upkeep, it looks like the remodel was cheaply done with stapled wallpaper. This didn’t detract us from enjoying our visit , and I would definitely stay there again.
