The environment was completely unsafe. The staff was unaware and in denial of what was happening on their property. I immediately requested a refund and found a new hotel

I didn't like how they didn't have any towels. They were very rude when it came to getting other things the ice machine was broken. The stairs were full of people as well as the elevator was broken.

People were outside all over the place, clearly people were living there. Horrible place, walked by a pair doing drugs at the elevator. One itty pillow, unclean room. Did not stay, had booked two nights this place should NOT be on Expedia, this place is HORRIBLE.

The maintenance manager actually helped me with my bag to the car he also recognized me and let me into my room when my key didn’t work

The first room I was issued door was open as I entered. The bed head no cover and pillows had no pillow cases. The room was filthy and toilet wasn't flushed bathtube had burn stains. I went back the the office to ask for another room. Front desk was kind enough to give me another room in just as bad conditions. The top lock on the door was broken. No pillow cases on the pillows. Sheets had stains, black little specks and a few hair strands. Lights in the bathroom didn't work. Remote control was sticky and did not work. Floors and sink where filthy. There were no towels. Which after looking at the sheets, I would not have used them anyways.

It reeked of cigarettes as an asthmatic I couldn't breathe at all the mattress was stained up and down we didn't even sleep the comfort was horrible as well , the bath tub had hairs on the wall and drain, the service was horrible up front to check in . Sadly disappointed.

Nobody attending the front desk for near to two hours at check in with several angry guess waiting in line. Place looks questionable regarding security, a heavy vested armed guard on the premises and a heavy chlorine odor.

It was really run down looking and people homeless sitting on the stairs every where and the cops showed up at one point during the night it was just way to crazy there need security and better maids for cleaning the rooms and making sure everything is stocked but the office staff were great very polite
