To comply with legal requirements and building security policies, guests may be asked to complete a verification process prior to check-in. This can include:
• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID
• A credit card in the same name as the ID
• Confirmation of contact details
• Completion of our secure verification portal
• In some cases, a background screening if required by the building or management
All information is collected strictly for screening and verification purposes and is not stored or used for any other reason.
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of the stay. By confirming your reservation, you agree to:
• Follow the rental terms and house rules
• Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in
• Complete any required verification steps
• Undergo a background check if required by the property or building
• Understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete
We aim to provide a safe and respectful environment for everyone. In cases of repeated rule violations, further action may be taken, including removal from the property at the guest’s expense if necessary.
Damage Protection Options
Guests will choose one of the following prior to check-in:
• $35 non-refundable damage waiver
OR
• $350 refundable security deposit hold (not a charge, released after checkout if no damage is reported)
Pet Policy (For Pet-Friendly Units Only)
Pets are allowed with prior approval. Please notify us in advance to avoid cancellation.
• $20 per pet, per night
• Maximum of 2 pets
• Cats and dogs only
• No weight limit, but breed restrictions apply
Restricted breeds include: Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid.
Failure to disclose a pet will result in a $500 fee.
Additional Notes
• Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the unit. They measure decibel levels only and do not record conversations. Tampering will result in a fee.
• Security cameras are located in common areas such as hallways for safety purposes.
