This sprawling home features 7 spacious bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms, making it perfect for large groups or families. The backyard oasis is impressive, with a heated pool and spa, play set, volleyball, basketball, and pickleball court, tetherball, ping pong, putting green, yard pong, spike ball, a pool basketball hoop, and cornhole.

Located just 8 minutes from Kierland Commons and 5 minutes from Paradise Valley Village, this house`s location provides easy access to Scottsdale and Phoenix`s top shopping and dining destinations.

The backyard oasis is impressive, with a heated pool and spa, play set, volleyball, basketball, and pickleball court, tetherball, ping pong, putting green, yard pong, spike ball, a pool basketball hoop, and cornhole. Cozy up by the gas or wood fire pits or relax in the gazebo bar and grill area. Inside, enjoy stylish furnishings and entertainment options like a pool table, shuffleboard, pop-a-shot, arcade games, darts, and board games.

House Rules and Notes:
• No parties or events allowed on the property
• Maximum of 4 cars at the house at any time
• Renting person must be 25 years of age or older and stay in the home throughout the reservation
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out available for a fee if possible
• Pets allowed with exceptions and pet fees apply
• Verification process for all reservations
• Full name required on the reservation when booking

We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits can not be rescheduled or delayed.

Here are a few additional services our guests usually take advantage of along with the rates. Please submit any requests at least 1 week prior to check-in.

1. Early Check-In - $200 (when available & able to confirm 2 weeks prior to arrival)
2. Late Check-Out - $200 (when available & able to confirm 2 weeks prior to arrival)
3. Pool Heating - $150/night *Heated Spa/Jacuzzi is included with your reservation.
4. Optional Daily Housekeeping - $175 for two hours. *Includes bathrooms, beds (sheet and towel change upon advance request), kitchen, and common living spaces. Please submit any special requests in advance.
5. Pet Cleaning and Deodorizing (dogs only) - $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

In-home Concierge Services:

Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Lastly, we use a platform called `Know Your Guest` via Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Your application must match the primary guest’s name on the reservation, and your identity check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per state and city law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. We appreciate your cooperation with this.

Great Golf Trip Stay

Our group had an excellent stay on this beautiful property, plenty of space for our accommodations and party size. A ton of activities to utilize on property and make the stay very fun and enjoyable. Communication with the property manager was very easy and responsive to anything that came up. Great for large groups and short travel to go out and about to Scottsdale or Phoenix. Plenty of golf courses in close proximity. Overall, everything worked out well and we had a fun time. Thanks again.
