Welcome to Monte Vista!

This spacious home is ready for you and your group year-round in scenic Scottsdale, Arizona, near charming Old Town Scottsdale. The fun details throughout the home make this a hip and modern spot for your vacation! Fresh and updated, this comfortable house has plenty of room to spread out and lots of entertainment options!

Hang around with your friends and famly in the open living room connected to the dining room and updated kitchen. A large sectional sofa is perfect for relaxing. There is a beautiful decorative fireplace by the game/dining table and modern art throughout. The large dining room table converts to a ping pong table and pool table! There is also a shuffleboard table and large screen TV in this area as well - enjoy fun and games! Then gather around the table for mealtime with friends and family.

The kitchen has an island, new appliances and modern finishes. It is fully stocked for both indoor and outdoor cooking - just bring your groceries!

The private, fenced backyard features a covered patio with dining table and seating area, gas fire pit, heated pool and built-in BBQ tiki bar area with additional bar seating. Pull up a lounger chair and relax around the pool - heated for free during the colder months. Check out the fun disco pool lighting once it gets dark! There is also a putting green to practice your short game and an orange tree -- squeeze your own juice!

Two hallway bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The first bedroom features two twin beds with soothing colors and the second bedroom has a queen bed and television.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser and television. The bedroom has a flex space with a twin daybed with a trundle that is separated from the master sleeping area with a sliding barn door. The master suite has a large bathroom with dual sink vanity, walk in rainfall shower with multiple heads and private water closet. The master bedroom opens up to the backyard.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the attached garage - garage is perfect for golf club storage! Parking in driveway or on street. It is a quick Uber ride from the airport or to Old Town Scottsdale!

There are 4 smart TVs in the home ready for your streaming services (or use our Hulu!).

*Pool heat is set at 84 degrees until the pool is naturally warmer (generally sometime in April or May through early October). There is no guarantee that the pool will remain at 84 degrees - it is affected by the weather.

This may be a duplicate… My husband and I stayed over the Christmas holidays with our adult kids and explored the Phoenix area. The location of this place is ideally located to get anywhere. The accommodations are ideal and nicely appointed, even better than the pictures show. We were looking forward to using the pool but was a bit too chilly. But nonetheless we used the fire pit and BBQ and enjoyed the stars. Thanks for a perfect stay!

The house was very cute and slept seven easily,. Loved all of the outdoor seating by the pool and the pool chairs! The house had plenty of towels for showering and pool towels. All of our questions were answered quickly. The house was a quick 8 to 10 minute drive to all the activities we did in old town Scottsdale. None of the Ubers had any trouble finding the home. The home was in a nice neighborhood that felt safe.

We stayed the weekend for our family wedding. Everything was clean and even better than we had expected. This location was in a perfect location. Just something to make it a little better would be maybe doing a fire pit for when it starts cooling off at night. Otherwise we give 5 stars for everything and would come back again! This was just a quick stay in Scottsdale but we couldn't have chosen a better spot to stay. This quaint home was perfect. Very clean, comfortable accomodations and very quiet neighborhood. Heated pool, barbecue/ grill bar. Covered porch, mini-mini golf, pool table. Huuuuuuuge master shower/bath. Highly recommend this home if visiting Scottsdale. Loved it!!!

The property was great! We loved the backyard. My teenage son really enjoyed playing ping pong and pool. Ski Colorado was fantastic-very responsive. We would definitely rent again next time we come.

This house was the perfect home base to stay in central Scottsdale. The home is comfortable and well appointed. Neighborhood is quiet, beds are comfortable. All in all a great stay! Small dings due to white paint showing its age/wear a bit and the patio drains do no work, so rain and dirt accumulate in the eating/sitting areas of the patio.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Monte Vista. Upon arrival in the middle of the night our first order of business was to check out the pool! We noticed the vacuum wasn't working and emailed property management early the next morning. Within 5 minutes the pool company was there and had everything up and going. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, close to Old Town and ASU campus! Highly recommend checking out the Sugar Bowl (family) and Rusty Spur (21+) in Old Town. We will definitely stay again!

This is one of the cleanest homes we've stayed in. Plenty of towels and washcloths for all of us for the entire stay. Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot (not a Keurig in case you wanted to bring your own k cups), washer and dryer all worked; did not use the blender, oven, microwave, or crock pot, but all appeared to be clean and fairly new. Good stock of kitchenware. Beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the pool table/ping pong table and the shuffleboard. We stayed mid November, the high temps were 70-80 degrees, lows in the 40's. The pool temp was 70 degrees, so we did not use the pool. It looked clean and well kept. Quiet neighborhood in the location we wanted. Would love to stay there again.

The house was perfect outside of some cleanliness issues. There were some dishes put away that were not completely clean (likely from the dishwasher) and one of the bathrooms looked like it had not been clean. The pools surface also had bugs and debris and there was no skimmer to use to clean it. Other than that the house was in a great location and we enjoyed our time by the pool. Close to downtown and other restaurants as well as within 20min from a multitude of golf courses. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully with a new cleaning person.

The property is great! It has everything that you would need during your trip to Arizona. We especially enjoyed the putting green in the backyard (putters and balls supplied) as well as the pool table. The only downside to the property is that you cannot check in until 4 pm and you have to check out by 10 am.

For your awareness, master bath shower faucet is broken. Also there is no lid for the soap dispenser in the dishwasher. Basically just cross it in the bottom.
