"When walked in the hotel, there was a fowl smell, had 2 TV’s in my room with 2 remotes and told the front desk never seen anyone from maintenance nor when I told them about the tub fill up with water when in the shower still nothing from maintenance and when checking out asked for an extra laundry bad they couldn’t help cause they said they didn’t have access to their things but insured me they were on their way it was almost 9 o’clock. Breakfast was okay"

"Staff was unprofessional. We had to wait 45 minutes to check in and the only response was " Well you have a room with a balcony so it rakes longer to clean. Nothing else was done until we complained again to another manager. We also asked for our room to be cleaned and 3 hours later it still wasnt clean. Do not stay here"

"There was not a kitchen, only a mini fridge. It ended up freezing our food we brought, so it wasn't very helpful. "
