"Cold pool. Heat had apparently broken a week or so before and it was clearly still having issues. Breakfast and happy hour were great... staff was attentive. Room was great...pool was a big disappoint for the entire trip though."

"The chicken process was good, but when I got to my room, the toilet had been used in matt flushed, I was given another room and a toilet seat fell off of the toilet.The quality of the room that I got next was intact.But the bed was very hard. The quality of the furniture and the integrity was poor very uncomfortable.But I may do with what I had.I wasn't able to get a refund because my money was already locked up.In that room and I would not be able to get my credit card credit.Immediately if I was to leave and go to another hotel, so I had to stay and finish up my stay there. I had complimentary breakfast and I asked for more toast. I paid for my toast $3.26 but at the time of checkout. There was also an additional charge on my room for $92 worth of food for the same day in which I did not Order or eat?. So I contacted and asked about it, and I have not yet been credited. The amount of wrong charges yet, so I hope it is taken care of soon.. Let's just say this is one hotel I will never stay at again I stay far away from it until they make many improvements. The rooms also smell old . The pool area. Furniture was dirty and ripped furniture. Cushions. also had ducks that had taken over the swimming pool. So I did not get to enjoy the pool. Also, the hot tub was no bigger than a small closet and looked dirty. So I did not attempt to try to enjoy the hot tub as well. The whole area was not clean and dirt. Everywhere, very poorly maintained."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay and thought the hotel was in a great area. The property was clean, and the atmosphere was nice. However, for the price of the stay, I do think parking should have been included. It also would have been helpful to have access to a microwave or some way to reheat food during the stay. One issue I experienced was with the toilet continuously running on the first night. I contacted the front desk and was told someone was on the way to look at it, but no one ever came. I eventually figured out how to fix it myself. Aside from that inconvenience, the stay itself was decent, but improving maintenance response and adding a few basic conveniences would make the experience much better."

"This hotel truly felt like vacation. Great pools, modern rooms, palm trees everywhere and great vibes all around. We wish we would have been able to stay longer at this hotel. Bonus points for allowing us an early check in and for super friendly staff."
