Recommend.The room and bed and bedding was wonderful.quiet clean safer.the only thing I recommend is the pool area needs a refresh the pool itself was great. Seating was about out of life.walls and grounds showing weary

Convenient location though close to highway was slightly noisy. Great updated rooms and public areas. Breakfast had great options. Walking paths, close to restaurants and shopping.

If you enjoy Medium/Firm Beds, you will LOVE these beds! My husband slept like a rock! It took me a few minutes to go to sleep; we have a select number at home. : ) The breakfast was really good, and the staff was super friendly and helpful every day. We did not take advantage of the smaller sized pool, but others were in there and seemed to enjoy it. They were making updates to the grounds while we were there, which was nice. We plan to stay there again in September when we return.

I booked a room at this property for a soccer tournament. When I went to check into the hotel, they told me that they could not accommodate me and that they were placing me at a hotel further away, but they were going to take care of the first night. I was still charged the full amount From Hilton and they put me at a hotel that was not convenient for me. It would’ve been nice to be told before I showed up at the hotel to check in that i had no room. Really poor service.

Noisy... thinnest walls in any hotel I've ever been at. The staff was nice and the bed decent. So if it onnly cost $125 at peak, that would be fine. But for $275.... what a rip off.- gardeners were LITERALLY blowing the parking lot at midnight - No soap in dispensers - no Kleenex in box - thinnest towels imaginable - positioned next to freeway such that EVERY room has freeway noise... including the pool which is ridiculously positioned right next to the freeway.

The room was extremely nice as well as the staff. The pool was a little smaller than expected, there was a bit of noice but it was a weekend, and the wifi was pretty low quality.

Carson was outstand customer service good guy I appreciate a front desk that helpful and courteous with a big smile. Breakfast was outstanding also thanks holiday inn not bad for the price of the rooms.

Probably was close to shopping. The room was clean. Although it was very loud. There was multiple sporting events this weekend so I was expecting it to be some what busy. But I could hear everything from the parkjng lot, to people walking. Doors slamming hard enough to shake the bed.

very clean...excessive packaging at breakfast but they may still be in pandemic mode. Front desk was a little stressed but very nice....maybe should tell guest that you need to inset extra card to start electric in room. Mattress great...pleased with my stay
