"The staff was quite friendly and helpful, especially with the security gates and room codes which were all sent by text. The room had flooring that was delaminating from the floor and buckling, which created a tripping hazard. The most annoying thing was the steel security gate, just outside my door that crashed shut a dozen or so times a day."
