Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook with ease in a modern kitchen stocked with everything you need, from appliances to utensils, ideal for family meals or entertaining. Includes a reverse osmosis water system, induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.

Outdoor Oasis: Savor meals under the stars in the private outdoor dining area, unwind in the cozy outdoor sitting area, practice your putting, or take a dip in the sparkling heated pool, perfect year-round.

Sleeps 11 Comfortably: Multiple bedrooms with plush bedding configurations ensure everyone has a cozy spot to rest. There are 2 king beds, 6 twin beds, 1 full-size sleeper sofa, and an inflatable mattress if needed.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the kitchen, living areas, outdoor dining and sitting areas, heated pool, pool table, shuffleboard, putting green, and all amenities, with the exception of one closet which will remain locked as the owner's closet. Keyless entry ensures a hassle-free check-in, and we’re available 24/7 to make your stay perfect.

Other things to note
*The pool is 3'-9' deep, it is very important to watch your whole party while the pool is being used, especially children. By booking you are taking responsibility for all guests of your party while on the property. There is a charge for pool heating of 20 dollars per day during the months of January - April.

*No smoking in the house or illicit drugs on the property.

*We have our pool maintained weekly to keep it sparkling and clear for you, but during monsoon season (June-August) the high winds can cause debris and sand dirty the water. Please notify us and we will get the company out there as fast as we can to get it cleaned up.

*If you have any problems during your stay, you must give us a chance to remedy the situation before giving us a bad review.

Perfect for my family of 6. 2 teens and 2 5th graders. The large open kitchen/dining/entertainment area was perfect for us all to hang out inside while the pool, putting and lounge are made outside a great place as well. As a former Phx area resident I cannot overstate the quality of the location. You are 2 minutes from the freeway with access to Scottsdale and SE valley in 20.
