no complaints. The beds were comfortable and we used the pull out sofa which was nice. Liked the refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was clean and enjoyed the shampoo/conditioner/body wash that was provided in the dispensers. We were greeted by the front desk staff with a smile and were very efficient. Enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided.

The front deck clerk that checked me was the best part. His customer service was excellent. This is why I look for Fairfield hotel's as my place of choice.

I love this hotel, free shuttle to anywhere around the property in a 3mile radius. Also pick up from the airport & to the hotel.. from the morning till like 10/11pm? - pls call the front desk for exact times. The hotel was nice and clean!!! Beds were so comfy..

The location and staff were great. The breakfast is good, only bummer was that it's not replenished often once it runs out. Other than that, it was a great weekend stay! Would recommend.

The hotel overall was great, the breakfast wasn't. There weren't many options. I extended my stay an extra day, the room wasn't cleaned just gave fresh towels.

Felt as if this was in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast late and extremely poor quality. Said shuttle but no shuttle person. Caught a shuttle with next hotel.Scrambled eggs not real

Thank you for your feedback on our hotel! We do have a shuttle everyday from 6am-10pm. You just need to call us to get a ride from the airport. We do not go unless there is a guest that calls. I am sorry to hear that breakfast was late. I will be checking with our breakfast attendant to see what the delay was. Our scrambled eggs are made from whole eggs.

The hotel itself was nice. Comfortable beds and very fluffy pillows. However I did ask for a 2 queen & sofa bed during reservations. Upon arrival we were given just a 2 queen bed due to sold out rooms. Was not happy that I had to share beds with my mom but…it worked I guess. Breakfast was decent. However was disappointed that it was exactly alike Saturday and Sunday morning. I did like that the oatmeal and yogurt came with many topping options. Scrambled eggs and flat sausages were served a “hot” breakfast, wish they had hash browns tho. Variety of bagels was offered but no waffles which was what my mom wanted. Noise level wasn’t too bad either. You can hear low sounds of airplanes but not overwhelming enough to keep you up. Parking was a bit hard to find but loved that the room keys opened the back doors. They’re was more than one door into the building so we didn’t mind that we parked in the back of the building. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Would have given five stars if the shuttle ran a little later (had to take a taxi from the airport) and if the smoke alarm didn’t go off early in the morning. That was scary and I overheard staff saying it was fairly common due to the sensitivity of the smoke detector. Appreciated the healthy and nondairy options at breakfast bar.

The room was comfortable and the hotel is close to the airport which was nice and everywhere we needed to he was only about 15 minutes away. Breakfast wasnt that great and coffee was terrible.

We were woken up by the maids talking in the hallway next to our door, we could clearly hear what they were talking about even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door handle and came in late at night and needed some extra sleep. But other then that it was a decent place to stay.
