Outlet malls and indoor shopping centers are located within a 20 minute driving distance. Arizona Cardinals and Coyotes are 20 minutes away and don't forget you are right in the heart of the MLB's Cactus league spring training.
Newly renovated and new furnishings, 2 large flat screen televisions, open back yard with a nice patio for coffee or BBQ's. This property was exactly as described. The house was warm and inviting. Our host was easy to communicate with and helpful with linking to resources in the area. Recreation centers, shopping and restaurants were an easy drive.

Fun stay in Sun City West

House was perfect for our snowbird visit to Sun City. Owner was very responsive and great to communicate with. Love looking into the backyard to see the laden grapefruit trees. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this again.

A charming house
