Cute and so comfortable! This 1,782 sq. ft. single story home is in the perfect location. 2 homes down from a big park with play area, volleyball court, and basketball court. BBQ in the backyard or just relax under the covered patio. Perfect location in Desert Ridge with easy access to 101 and 51 freeways. Super convenient with lots of restaurants and shopping just minutes away! There is a security system attached to this home, but no monitoring. Please send me a message if you'd like more details.

Excellent Stay

This is my second stay in this house and I’ll be back! Truly an excellent location and very comfortable stay; great for pups with a walking path steps from the house as well. All-around wonderful experience.

Great Property, Quiet and Convenient Location

Property was exactly as described / pictured in listing. Neighborhood was upscale and quiet. Close to Desert Ridge for shopping and dining, as well as 101 and 51 freeways for access to other parts of the valley.

Nice house, nice location!

Great house in a great location

The house was very neat and clean, and very close to everything you could ever need at Desert Ridge. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the host was responsive. I would highly recommend this house.

Lovely neighborhood and home

This is the second time we have stayed here. The house is spacious and comfortable and close to a huge mall. Aime is a very responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great rental!

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood, is very clean and has everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay here again. I’m taking classes for my job, and the office/study was perfect for me to do my studies while also being able to enjoy time with my Arizona family. Felt like home.

Awesome! Highly recommend this property!

This was one of best stays in a long time! Nice fenced yard for our 2 dogs, nicely supplied kitchen! We shopped and cooked every night! Bedrooms really comfortable able to close shutters for complete darkness. Ample towels, blankets! I honestly do not have a single complaint! Would stay here again!

October retreat

Our second time at this home. Just as wonderful as the first time. Quiet area with easy access to freeways. Love the garage. The only complaint was several glasses and some silverware were put away unwashed.

Warm and Inviting

This home is in the perfect location. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. There is a park a few houses down, which was extremely helpful for us to walk our dogs (although the yard was quite spacious). The home was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this home!

Great Place with Awesome Location

Very clean with a nice back yard and well equipped kitchen. Two living rooms, both with TVs. Beds were very comfortable. Nice greenway to walk dogs through, just steps outside the door. Electric car charger in garage. Would definitely stay there again. Very close to good restaurants.

Fantastic Rental, Great Location

We needed a place to stay and quickly as we had to be out of our house for a move out of State. Amie responded quickly and the house was way better than we expected when we arrived. The house is beautifully appointed, clean very comfortable and extremely well located to get to anywhere in the Valley of the sun. We will definitely rent this place again when we come back to visit. You should too!!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I came to AZ and stayed the property for 1 week with our adult daughter. We met there to attend our son’s wedding. The house was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we could need. The home is just as seen in the pictures and very clean. The location cannot be beat! Nice, quiet neighborhood and so close to many stores and excellent restaurants. We will definitely consider another stay when we come back to AZ.

Perfect Desert Ridge home

The house was perfect and everything we needed was provided. Loved all the rooms and layout. Especially loved the pantry and garage!!We had a granddaughter sleepover and the backyard and patio were a hit.The bedrooms are very cozy and each has plenty of hangers. The master is gorgeous and huge!! We had no complaints.

Our hostess was the best. She was beyond accommodating for our special needs during our stay. She was very helpful with questions about the area, such as places to visit. There is no question. Home Away From Home

Spacious, comfortable, safe, convenient, clean, quiet. Five minute drive to Desert Ridge marketplace that has restaurants, movies, groceries, plenty of shopping. Easy access to local thruways (51/101) for visiting other parts of Phoenix and Scottsdale, and to hiking and sightseeing areas north of Phoenix. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to paved walking paths and cycling trails.

Great home and neighborhood just north of TPC Scottsdale and Kierland area

This home was very comfortable for two couples or a family with one or two kids. Bedding was comfortable and neighborhood very close-knit and quiet. Property manager was very responsive. We are not crazy about Keurig coffee, so that might be the only downside. However, there are many coffee shops nearby. Would also love a tv in master bedroom, but we were at the golf tournament and not too much time to watch TV. There is a great second living/dining room area with a great TV and tons of books to read and share/exchange. Price was reasonable for the week as long as you share with another couple.
