Two issues that make it fairly uncomfortable. The hot water in the shower is temp limited and only gets to about 102 degrees. I like a hot shower and I didn't get one. The other is the a/c unit blows right on the person closest to the window and isn't adjustable. Had to put two of the 4 pillows on that side to baffle it making the bed slightly narrower than a full. Had to leave before breakfast but they had coffee in the entry.

This is a nice and affordable hotel. The staff is helpful. I think at night and in the early morning they are understaffed, with many duties to perform before the breakfast opens at 7. They do the best they can and will assist politely, while hiding the fact they are extremely busy. This is very commendable.

We stayed at this motel for 2 nights, I traveled with children and our room suite was very roomy and we got the poolside suite. We enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely be coming back to this property in the future.

When I booked the hotel, it was initially for the amenities (pool, etc.) However 2 days before check in I received and email saying that they will be closed due to scheduled maintenance. Nowhere on the description did it say that. I tried to contact them to cancel as it was false advertisement but they never got back to me. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I didn’t have the pool. I would’ve chosen a different hotel. Extremely inconvenient as I only stayed one night in phoenix and was really trying to spend my time relaxing… which ended up not happening and kinda ruined my stay in phoenix.

I loved the fresh ice water and coffee that were always available in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants. I enjoyed the size of my room and the bed was very comfortable.

Was a great stay. The disappointment was how they expect you to keep your service dog in a crate if you leave and only supposed to leave for an hour max.

Thank you for the review. All animals are not supposed to be left for more than an hour at the hotel. Per ADA guidelines for service animals in hotels, service animals are supposed to be with the guest at all times and not left in the room at all.

Room was clean, bathroom toilet was dirty but everything else was clean. Internet was almost non existent. The girl at the front desk was fantastic and security was friendly and helpful. I well stay there again.

The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful!!!! It has been updated and was very nice. The only complaint was that our shower drain didn’t drain. But overall great stay we will be back!

The property is in a great location with Walmart Starbucks and other shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The hotel is nice, older with some updates to refresh it. Staff have all been friendly. Pool and hot tub are nice as they use salt water instead of chlorine. Only complaint would be that the pool isn't heated.

The staff was friendly, even at 11:30pm. Breakfast was easy, fresh, and had many options. The pancake maker was the best. The food area was clean and they were constantly cleaning and filling items.

Great place to stay. We did have an issue on the last night of our stay where the people next door (the rooms had a door between them) had a toddler who was really fussy and crying a lot. We ended up moving rooms at 11 pm which was frustrating but I realize it was out of the hotels control. They were very accommodating with us moving rooms and I did request and get monetary compensation for the inconvenience. Only thing I would say is to maybe change those doors out to others that have more sound proofing.

I'm sorry you feel we didn't meet your expectations. I personally went and inspected this room today 03/18/24. I've requested staff to replace the lamp shade. As for the, TV its is on a swivel so it can face the bed or sofa. I found no cracked toilet lid or seat. All our rooms have just been recently remodeled.
