Cozy Guest House with King Size Bed

Our private gated guest house is surrounded by Multi Million Dollar homes and is a unique vacation rental property because of its convenient location, yet the best of quiet living. Easy access to shopping and fine restaurants centrally located in North Peoria AZ surrounded by mountain views and natural desert. This Guest house is a 1 bedroom 1 Bathroom with its own patio on an acre property approximately 200 feet away from the main house which makes it very private. There is a separate brick paver walkway that guides you to the entryway of the guest house. Fully equipped kitchen, brand new King size Casper Mattress new sheets and towels, the bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower, Flat screen television, Dish Network Satellite with DVR recorder and Wifi .Plenty of room for parking 4 vehicles and RV Parking.

We had wonderful stay here. The property is very nice, quiet, and in a good location for us. Our hosts, Helen and Ted, are very nice and accommodating. Everything worked out great from checking in to checking out. Would love to stay here again.

By far the best VRBO rental we have stayed at. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. Helen was very kind and helpful to us throughout our stay. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again.

The time was too short

The guest house was quiet, clean and well stocked with essential kitchen and toiletry items. Helen was welcoming and accommodating upon our arrival and during our stay. We would like to come back for another stay in the future.

Monthlong vacation

This is truly a hidden gem! Helen was a gracious host and always available when we had questions. She provided all the comforts of home and more supplies than one would expect. The location was perfect for us and very close to highways making it easy to get anywhere in the Phoenix area. I highly recommend this lovely guest home.

This owners were very nice and great communication and the rental was perfect in every way for our short extended stay in town for business. I loved having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every day and it was close to our job site. It had the amenities we needed and it was nice and quiet. Thank you! :)

Desert Escape

We had such a nice time in AZ and this was the perfect place for us and our little dog. Helen and Ted were great hosts and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The house was very comfortable and well appointed, and our pooch enjoyed the big yard and even dipping his feet in the pool. The location was great for us to attend spring training games, play golf and ride our bikes on the New River bike path. There are also several good restaurants in the area. We are already making plans to return next year!

Very pretty space

We enjoyed our stay so much. The check in couldn't have been easier. Everything was so lovely and comfortable; it's obvious the owners take great care with cleanliness and comfort for their guests. We hope to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of a quiet, pretty and airy space to stay. The only thing missing was a good pen in the drawer so that we could write Helen a very nice thank you note! :)

The Casita was an awesome jewel! We loved our stay and the property. The citrus trees were bonus.

This was by far the best VRBO or other organization rentals best property we stayed at and was exactly as advertised. We look forward to stay here again when visiting family. Helen was attentive and caring a wonderful host!!!

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay near Phoenix in this great place. It is a short drive to shops and restaurants and is a really nice neighborhood. It was a perfect size for my husband and me. The owner is gracious and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Guest House

My husband and I spent a little over 2 weeks at this lovely guest house. Helen was wonderful and the home had everything we needed. My husband really enjoyed the grapefruit from her trees in the backyard. We would definitely go back if ever visiting AZ.

Very comfortable and a Great value

The guest house is spacious and private. Has everything you need to cook dinners at home and well located to explore the area. My dog loved the stretch of green lawn out our front door for playing catch and just hanging out.

Exactly what you want a vacation rental to be.

This is a wonderful little home in a beautiful garden peppered with citrus trees and adorned with a lovely pool and seating areas. The house is equipped with everything one needs and more, it is well decorated and maintained. The hosts are responsive, kind, and very helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Retreat

This property is excellent! It is in a wonderful area and is as fabulous as the pictures! The guest house is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoroughly equipped with everything that you could possibly want in a vacation retreat. Each room is spacious, and the furniture is extremely comfortable, especially the king-sized bed. Helen and her family are so kind and helpful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can’t wait to stay there again!
