This cozy studio is perfectly located for everything you could need during your stay. Ideal for longer stays, we welcome traveling medical professionals, relocations, contractors, military members, digital nomads, entrepreneurs, snowbirds, and more. The property is a duplex, so you’ll share a front parking area with other renters.
This casita is located behind a main house and comes with its own parking spot and private entrance. The living / bedroom area is equipped with a queen bed, 55 inch smart TV, and a desk and chair...perfect for nomadic workers! The kitchen area has a full size fridge, a plug-in electric burner, air fryer, rice cooker, and crockpot. There is also a baker's rack that contains a coffee pot, toaster oven, and microwave. In-unit washer and dryer included!
