This is a quiet neighborhood home across from the Chandler Mall and ideally located a few blocks from the Mall, Walmart, Restaurants and freeway access. This is a 2 BR, 1 BA with huge fenced back yard and carport. Convenient Kitchen and updated Bath with large-screen entertainment center and FAST WIFI . There's Queen beds in the bedrooms and all appliances including waster/dryer. There's RV parking if needed in the secure back yard through a service gate. There's microwave, coffee maker and furnished for long or short term stays. Walking distance to excellent parks for recreation and shopping choices galore!

Very convenient location, excellent neighborhood
This 2 bedroom house is a nice size and roomy. My 2 dogs and I had a nice week while I was in town for work. It's easy to walk the neighborhood or go to one of the nearby parks for exercise/recreation. The yard and doggie door were excellent for the pups while I was at the office. We will definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed!
This place was so cute and it’s pet friendly which is a God send considering my father will not go anywhere without his beloved mini schnauzer! The enclosed back yard was perfect for her to play in! The house is clean and has everything you need as far as kitchen supplies and linens. And the price is right! Way cheaper than most of the hotels in the area! The host was also very helpful and communicated well with us! I’d rent this place again in a heartbeat!

The house was about the size of our home in MN. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe. We enjoyed the patio and closed in yard.

A little disappointed
It was a place to lay our heads while in town. Immediately the cleanliness was a thumbs down. Many areas of the house could’ve have been cleaned better. The kitchen stood out right away as not being very clean. We were never able to get the TV working and when I spoke to the property manager, I was basically told that I seemed very tech savvy and should be able to figure it out or call cox cable. They did call cox but the problem never got solved therefore no TV use. Thankfully I took my iPad. The beds we’re comfy but very noisy probably because they are kind of old. The backyard had lots of dried up dog poo and was not a yard my puppy could enjoy, and that was the big reason for going with this rental. Again it’s a place to lay your head to rest but was not very enjoyable after all. I read the reviews initially and did read some negative reviews but I thought maybe I’ll give them a chance and it’s not so bad. I guess that’s what I get for trying to give them a chance.

Great place for dogs
This was a cute little house with a nice backyard for my dogs. It is in a nice & safe neighborhood and close to shopping area. Also easy to get to and communication with host excellent. He even called the next day to make sure that I had everything I needed and got checked in ok. Would definitely stay there again.
