Bedroom 3: Master bedroom #2 This private bedroom has one queen bed, access to the jack-and-jill bathroom.
Living Room 1: The main living room offers large cozy couch and a bean bag. There is a luxurious modern gas fireplace. Space opens up to the kitchen for large family gatherings. Most homes in old town have a small family room and separate kitchen area. This unit has been remolded and is inviting for numerous family members.

The fully-fenced, private backyard features a pool (NOT heated), putting green, , BBQ, sports bar, lots of lounge chairs, and dining area. Don't forget the fire pit to enjoy in the evenings. There are lots of string lights that allow you to play on the putting green late into the evenings.Enjoy the spacious turf yard for playing cornhole, giant yard games, and spikeball. There are lots of pool toys and floats.
Transit--
Cars are recommended but not required. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and garage plus free street parking in front of the home. The driveway can easily accommodate an RV or boat.There is also a plug suited for RV charging that may be used for an additional charge.
You can easily walk to Fashion Square, restaurants and bars. I also can offer a private golf cart ride to all the downtown bars and baseball games. Contact the owner for more details. P
Uber or Lyft is recommended for venturing to Old Town.

There are 2 security cameras located outside of the property; the front entrance, side entrance to monitor the pool equipment. There are no cameras inside of the property or facing the backyard.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization. You are welcome to smoke outside.
Once a week, on Monday, the pool and spa staff performs maintenance in the backyard.
