Beautiful Place
House was exactly like it was pictured. We booked for an all girls long weekend and we felt safe no issues at all. Pool was a bit cold but it wasn't to hot when we were there. Would defitnly book again

A great place for a weekend in AZ
Our stay was everything we could have asked for. A large enough home for all of us to sleep very comfortably. The grill and backyard were a great asset in enjoying the sunshine and outdoors.

Nice Place- Awesome location
We traveled to Phoenix for an annual girls trip from Dallas. This spot was nice and centrally located to downtown and other Phoenix hotspot. While here we also went hiking which was a 10 minutes drive to the hiking trail. Also the host was really nice and answered emails quickly.

Perfectly Appointed Home in Phoenix
My two sons (11 & 13) and I had a wonderfully comfortable and relaxed stay in this home for 5 nights. We ate in each morning and cooked most evenings; we found that every kitchen tool we needed was stocked, plenty of sauces for us to use, and even lovely ground coffee. The beds were extremely comfortable; pillows, sheets and towels were great, and each room had appropriate lighting, nice carpets, fans and of course perfect air conditioning. We didn't use the pool much as my boys found it too cold, but we are Canadian and not as tough! The backyard was lovely though with a sectional, awning, bbq and fire pit (didn't use but looks great)! It was more house than we needed, but our trip was amended from 4 people to 3 at the last minute. IF we go again as a family of four, we'd be thrilled to stay again. This home was a 10 -20 minute drive from everywhere we needed to go, and very easy to access the Hwy 101. The remote control garage and electronic door lock made it even easier to come and go, and the handbook for technology, recycling, "house rules" was easily organized and common sense. We loved this VRBO experience and would highly recommend this to friends.

Very updated and clean house
The house is very clean and updated. Super great double head master shower. Great house for a group of people. Sleeps 7+ easily. The only issues we had were that the pool was 58 degrees and unusable and we couldn’t get the sonos speakers to work. But overall everything else, including Tim’s help and communication was 5 star. Will definitely save the house for the future

FABULOUS PHOENIX RENTAL!!
Tim was amazing to rent from. The house has the best of everything and offers something for everyone. The pool and backyard area is stunning. The decor was so modern and warm. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware - even has spices! Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly note, chocolates and champagne. If you are headed to Phoenix, I definitely reccomemd checking Tims place out - you will not be sorry you did!
