"The room was clean and spacious, only problem on the top floor is you can hear all of the AC units running"

"Poolside seats got full very quickly , so get there early , free tubes for the lazy river and if you play mini golf which is free be mindful if you lose your ball it’s a $20 surcharge . The room was spacious and clean there is also a fridge you can use .i also heard prior to arrival if you need a microwave in your room you can call the hotel. Overall nice hotel with clean rooms . "

"I think the bad reviews are from people with high expectations. The bed was comfortable, the tv worked, the shower worked. Overall a good place to stay if you need to get out early to the airport."

"I booked the more expensive room for the balcony but ended up on the ground floor. My not private “patio” was right on the street and honestly I would have preferred not having a sliding door to the street. Rooms are also very dark. The lobby, bar, and location are excellent but there are much nicer options for far less on downtown Phoenix."

"Our room was not ready at check in time at 3pm. We left after waiting 1 1/2 hrs as we had to return our rental car. When we returned after 5: 30 we were told our room was ready but there was a cleaning lady still in our room! Since when does 1 room take 3 hours to clean! I will never stay at a Green Tree Inn again."
