Cosy 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in secure gated community. Personal parking space with keyless gate entry. Gym, pool, barbecue grills and dog park for your pleasure. Walmart and several stores are within walking distance. In and out, Panda Express and other fast food restaurants including a sports bar restaurant across the street. Only 1.9 miles from State Farm Stadium! Apartment is very clean with full washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Keurig with a variety of different flavors for your convenience. Bottled water and soda provided. Access to kitchen with pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. Private patio with lounge chairs. 70” smart TV in living room. 2 full size air mattress are in guest bathroom for additional guests. I will be available anytime for your convenience.
