The staff was rude and made you wait for a long time for everything the hotel was dirty the carpet was disgusting and the floors had not been cleaned and the rooms were very cheaply decorated and not very clean

My Place Hotel-Phoenix East Mesa AZ
New motel . Great location. Safe area. Will stay again. We stayed 3 nights and wish there would have been more than a single packet for just 1 cup of coffee... Also..key cards had to be re-done each day. That was a bit frustrating. Overall we were very pleased
