Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort
The room smelled pretty musty and in room dining needs improvement. The fries weren’t very warm when they came and the food was pretty small for what we paid. That may just be standard with resort. Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG
Front desk staff was nice and the location was convenient, but the hotel could do some updating. No one ever responded to our hotel communication text messages or answered the phone. The artificial smell that they piped into the main areas was pretty strong.
