9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (7)
"The Graham is the place to stay in the Catskills!! I stayed in the Bunkhouse and my small room had everything I needed. It was a solo trip and my room had bunk beds. That twin bed was so comfy and cozy! There were 3 bathrooms to share and the bathroom was big and sparking clean. Amazing water pressure and wonderful soap & shampoo. They texted me the morning of my arrival asking my ETA and what I’d like for my breakfasts. The one I chose had a yogurt, granola and fresh berries. And an apple cider...

Fawn Hill Cabin: Cozy Log Cabin in Phoenicia

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (10)
"It was a wonderful stay at Fawn Hill. A sorta dreary weekend was made up for by the super clean cabin hot tub & fireplace. The responsiveness of the owners was top notch and I really enjoyed the quiet and remote weekend. Great hikes nearby and also just a delight to drive around in the Catskills. Thanks again for a great stay!"

Private Cabin by River with Fireplace

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (7)
"We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this super cute well designed home. Our son played in the river/creek and fished all weekend. Great spot to read, relax and enjoy the fire in the winter months. Well stocked and nicely renovated. The outside of the home is more worn but overall very good stay. Also enjoyed a few nice restaurants. "

"We visited family for Christmas. This was the perfect place in a small quaint town to spend the Holiday. It was plenty big enough for the three of us which included our

. The shower and large soaking bathtub were outstanding and the host did a great job decorating the apartment, it was super nice. I would say that you do have to climb some outdoor stairs to reach the loft apartment, it wasn't a problem for us, but it is something to be aware of. Thank you, we loved the apartment and had a...

Clean & Serene 4 BR House with mountain & river views. Great for groups!

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (4)
"The house was large with high ceilings and lots of space so we could relax and easily cook meals if we chose to. We were five retired guys doing a Shamrock tour (4 day loops in different directions) on motorcycles around the mountains. Great location, walk into Phoenicia for pizza or breakfast and no traffic at all. Kitchen had everything you need and everything worked as expected. Thanks Julie"
