I don’t recommend this hotel, bad customer service
The hotel management and customer service is very very bad, irresponsible. The deluxe room I book didn’t get it instead they want to give me the moldy smelly room that no customers want. I paid in full amount price $440 and since I don’t take the smelly room and want a refund back they only refund me back $238 because I used their service good thing I went on line and canceled my room on my own and get a refund $385 back. I will never return to this hotel and don’t recommend to anyone.😣😣😣

On that day, we all try to find a good room for you to stay even on that day we are full and also try to resolve this problem and get the resolution company that you and us are okay. If you said the hotel manager and customers service is bad, you don’t even can step inside our hotel too and no one can resolve this problem with you too. We don’t need your money, We try our best to do what we can and we don’t deserved the worst customers as you too.

Do not book this one !! Worst place!
I wonder how hotel.com is accepting such poor Hotels to be in their list!!! Such a terrible experience. They don’t seem to honor our bookings through you in the first place, made us wait for hours at the counter with staff who did not know a single word in English!! Later lady who they connected over phone was demanding more money then what we already paid and booked. We were desperately trying to contact hotel.com service for help, but the app chat is so poor that it gets disconnected with no support!! Our worst experience and we had already booked for 3 nights!!! Inspite of asking for cleaning up the room they never bothered to do it ! Free breakfast was so lousy, their food place was so stranded and bunch of staff sitting with no service attitude and when we showed our breakfast coupon they made a soup which took a Long time! Leaving this comment so others know what they can expect!

They didn’t accept online booking with that special rate when we proceeded check-in. They claimed erroneous of the system. Didn’t allow us to check in.

if it wasn't a free night... I would have cried
First off they tried to tell me that my booking was not to be found but after showing him my phone and email confirmation and Hotels.com confirmation he grudged and showed us our room. Which was really not that clean. Cobwebs and spider sacks everywhere. The cost of a room to walk in and book would have been over 80usd but we paid 35( would have paid if it wasn't a redeemed free night) but for the cost asked of the room did not reflect on the hotel at all. There was no places to eat unless you want to point and pray you are getting something edible from a street cart. Trying to book a bus ticket was nearly impossible as he changed the time of our ticket nearly 4 times only to book a ticket that was supposed to leave at 8 and we had to be out of the hotel by 6 in the morning only to get to the station and find out our ticket didn't leave till 10. The beds were rock hard and the free water was half a small bottle of water. I would never pay the amount in full for that hotel. The only nice thing was the guard outside who stood up everytime I went for a smoke.

町中の便利なホテル
オリンピックスタジアム近くのホテル。 シアヌークビルへ行くソリアバスが前の大通りを通り、 始発のセントラルマーケット横のバスステーションまで行かなくても 近くから途中乗車ができて便利です。 プールが備わっていますが、フロント横の屋内で、やや恥ずかしいのと 屋内なので水温が低くて寒かったです。 一番賑わうウォーターフロントへは少し距離があります。

Bel hôtel, chambre parfaite, accueil chaleureux
Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cet hôtel bien situé, nous avons souhaité changer de chambre car nous avions les climatiseurs extérieurs accolés au mur de la chambre, donc bruyant, sans problème une autre chambre nous a été proposée Un peu inquiet car nous sommes arrivés pour la période du nouvel an donc peu de magasins ouverts, mais période géniale pour circuler dans Phnom-Penh avec une motobike louée 7 dollars la journée
