Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia - Penns Landing by IHG
In the center of downtown. Great location and staff and breakfast. Sketchy people linger around though and they never sent back my deposit. There was absolutely no reason for them to keep it. Wouldn't recommend if you want your deposit back.

The Windsor Suites
There was no hot water in the room for three hours. The hotel looked nice outside, and it was horrible on the inside. There was cockroaches, the king bed was two full size beds with a mattress on top of them. No one should park in the parking lot. They were still trying to charge us for that night ...
