Our room was very clean and had all the amenities we expected, and the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our main complaint, which is not really the fault of current management but of whoever decided to build the hotel in that location, is that it was very noisy and I slept little. ...

Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia
Parking was not so simple and cost a lot for a one night stay - 43 dollars, staff was good - room needs to be upgraded - old drapes old carpets, old air conditioning unit that made a lot of noise.

The Bellevue Hotel - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
Lovely room and hotel. Housekeeping did not come. Arrived late afternoon and no one was available to help with luggage. Family loved the exercise/spa area. Room was quick for breakfast, food was good but I was not expecting it to come on a cart or tray, not bags
