Pool has been permanently closed. With a child this ruined the trip. And when I called a week prior was not told about any permanent closing of the pool when I even told the lady how excited my son was to swim in the pool. Room smells and floor dirty.

Everything was great from the staff to the rooms. The only thing I would note is that we asked the front desk if we could get the room tidied up a few days in a row and it was never done. Not a big deal though. Staff and location was amazing! Would stay here again

Quality Inn Philadelphia Center City
The pictures of this property are misleading. The Lobby is nice but once you get upstairs it gives a boarding house/ Motel feel. Rooms are extremely tiny and outdated. It was hard to get comfortable. I would not return to this property.
