Back entrance have an elevator (for the convenience of guest that can't use stairs). With an open-floor plan and plenty windows to let the sunshine in. Conveniently located near Temple Uni, The Met, Center City, Convention Center, subway.

Great stay

Stay was amazing, toiletries were provided, close to Metro stations, everything was tidy inside, super responsive host. Only downside is the free back street parking was under construction which limited parking. Would recommend.

Centrally located and secure

The apartment is very clean and spacious. It's nice, bright and homey. We enjoyed the comfort for our Girl's Weekend away. The apartment is truly centrally located to many of the "must sees" in Philadelphia. We also enjoyed walking to a couple nice restaurants nearby, we felt safe walking at night (10:00pm) back to the apartment. The only drawback was the nightclub behind the complex. It is very loud and you will hear the music well into the wee hours of the morning. If it is a nice evening the customers will continue their festivities in the lot next to the complex and below the bedroom windows. If you are a light to moderate sleeper, bring earplugs. Also, if you return later at night from sightseeing you will find it difficult to get a parking space on Watt Street, as all the spots are taken by the nightclub patrons. We parked on a side street and felt safe walking back to the complex, there are security cameras everywhere! Gladys, the host, is a phenomenal communicator. She answers all texts very quickly. Thanks for the stay at your place, we would stay again if we're in Philly.

Great place to stay in Philly

This was a 2 Bedroom apartment. The location on Broad Street makes it central to dining, shopping and attractions. The property had new appliances, was well lit and very clean. Would stay again. 5/5 The Munn's

Unsafe and unresponsive

When we arrived, the building was inaccessible due to construction and road blockages. When we were finally able to get near the address, the building was open to the street with no need to used the locked door. We went upstairs to the apartments and discovered the the door had no deadbolt and did not always lock. When we messaged the property owner we got no response for hours, when we were finally admonished for not contacting them. When I pointed out that we DID contact them with no response for hours, they did not respond at all. We requested a refund due to the safety issues, and did not receive a response from the host at all. We escalated to vrbo support and still no response.
