Great Weekend Stay

Apartment clean, easy check in. Perfect location. Everything we needed. We would love to come back and explore neighborhood more. We recommend the mochinut donuts next door! Good, easy communication with host

It is a clean apartment in a central part of Philly. The entrance and access are easy to find. The apartment is recently redone and it is pretty basic and roughly finished and furnished. There are also some finishes that are odd: like bathroom lights (and a loud fan) that are motion activated (that don't detect motion in the shower). Overall, if you have 6 people (and really no more as it is not that spacious) who are going to be in PHL for a few days and not planning to spend too much time in the apartment, it is very good value for money.
