Sophia's very responsive and helpful. The house wasn't as clean as the other reviews lead to believe. The towels were still damp from the wash when we arrived and the pillows in the master bedroom were extremely stained and the pillow covers were not washed. We did have an ice storm the night we arrived and the driveway and walkway were promptly handled which was much appreciated.
