QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

I would have given it 2-3 stars, however, the response from the rental property contact has caused me to give it 1 star.I let the contact know:-Uncleared snow on the sidewalk and steps leading up to the property. The neighbors’ property was clear of snow.-significant water damage on the walls in the bathroom-A broken threshold, leading into the bathroom with a screw sticking up 1/4”, tore my sock and almost cut my foot. -Deadbolt at the front door looked like it had been poorly repaired from a forced entry
