Watch out for the steps

The owner sent me the access code at 3:00 a.m. which was 11 hours after check in and didn't provide a parking space as advertised. Directly behind the unit's door are steps (no landing, no railing, or any illumination), it was a total hazard.
Stayed 1 night in Jul 2022
