An overall good place to stay when visiting Philly. The place is in a great location. The apartment was clean. The bathroom could use some work, namely, the shower and the towel hooks. The bedroom could use a few more outlets. Otherwise, this place was good.
Great location, nice neighborhood, easy to walk to UPenn, Trader Joe's and the Schuylkill pathway. Apartment was clean but had some water pressure issues in the shower. Host was friendly and accessible. Instructions were clear and useful.
Too many steps which is not known until you receive your check in information.
Needs more outlets
Poor water pressure

The apartment was nice and clean. The hallways and stairs leading up to the apartment however, were not. This area could use a little TLC.

1/5 Stars - Comfortable Unit, But Major Safety Hazards for Seniors
While the actual unit itself was safe and clean in terms of security, the structural layout and severe safety hazards made our stay incredibly unpleasant and ultimately unsafe.
First, be aware that there is **no elevator** in this building. Our unit was located on the fourth floor, which meant we had to haul heavy luggage up and down four flights of stairs with zero assistance. This is a grueling trek and should be explicitly stated in the listing.
More importantly, the bathroom is a major liability and a serious fall hazard for senior citizen guests. The bathtub did not even have a stopper, and the setup is incredibly dangerous. Tragically, my elderly mother suffered a fall in their tub during our stay. Management needs to address the lack of basic accessibility and safety features immediately before someone else gets seriously hurt.
To top it all off, we were forced to evacuate the building due to an annoying false fire alarm. The deafening sound wouldn’t shut off, forcing everyone outside just to escape the noise.
It is a shame because the physical property has potential, but between the grueling four-flight climb, the terrifying fall my mother experienced, and the disruptive alarm, I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone—especially families traveling with older relatives.
