Extremely friendly and accommodating staff 24 hours of the day. Make sure you get a room with a view of the lake. The suite slept four and was perfect for the entire family. Couldn’t have had a nicer experience here.

I like the convenience of the location of the property. I did not like the shower. The drain clogged and water flooded the bathroom since it was a handicapped roll in shower.
A small mound hill was built into the floor at the shower entrance. It seemed unsafe especially if the floor is wet.

There was no hot water in the shower. When I complained to the front desk, the front desk attendant just shrugged and said "yeah I dunno what's up with the water."

It was a good, clean, updated room, and everything worked fine. I was puzzled because I was asked to sign two pages of single-spaced rules about what I was not allowed to do in the room. One rule was: no cooking in the room, under any circumstances. The room had a KITCHEN.

This room 217 was not up to par; the shower head was broken, then curtain rod were hanging by on half of the screws required under kitchen sink was warped and falling apart. Dishes and utensil are few and far between. However it is obvious they are renovating the rooms one by one.

Switched rooms 4x; first room had a leak coming from the bathroom ceiling; next room had a clogged sink full of dirty water; next room had ROACHES. In addition, nothing other than “we’ll switch your room” was done. It’s disgusting. Spent $12 on washing our clothes after seeing roaches in the bathroom; and I’m not sure what type of hotel this is, but there are most definitely homeless-type people living there as there were bulk deliveries of soup kitchen foods for the residents of this “hotel”…oh and add the police presence early in the morning
