Studio was not cleaned properly stepped on a piece of glass. Couldn’t get in with door code. Finally got in. Then on 2nd stay someone opened my door with my door code was told they booked the place and were checking in early. Had to stand there and argue with people that I was booked till following day. Won’t book again
