The front desk staff was rude to start with.
Rooms are outdated, needs complete make over for the price they charge.Bed and pillows are awful.There was no towels in the room. When asked, Surprised by the rude behavior of the house keeping. Not able to reach the front desk or the house keeping from the room.
They treat you like as if we are staying for free.
I have travelled a lot and stayed in many places. This hotel was the worst in my 30 yrs of experience. Expedia should take the hotel off of their list.

Rude van driver. Not enough staff to take care of customers at the front desk. Long wait times. Restaurant was supposed to close at 10. I waited for about 10 minutes with no one to greet me. Then was told the kitchen closed at 9:30. Will not return.
They don't clean your room until the 3rd day. We got to the room and the key didn't work, the bathroom sink was clogged I have call to get it fixed they said that they was on their way but they came around 730pm. We are not talking about the carpet it looks like the vacuum have never met the carpet. The trash is another story you need to put it next to the ice machine because there's no other please.

The worst service I have experienced in 55 years of traveling around the world. The word service does not exist in this place! ‘Oh, you have a problem, I don’t give a rat’s ass’ is the impression you get from the staff and the manager is the worst culprit of all! April 12, 2024 at 9:40 in case Clarion cares!
Upon entering the room i discovered the balcony door is unlocked. The toilet was made for a toddler. The carpet was really gross and moved when you walked on it. There is usually a comfortable chair in most hotels I've stayed in. This did not. It had two chairs that looked like they were from someone's kitchen. The bed was the worst bed I've ever used in my life. It felt like a bunch of cardboard boxes. There was music from the bar so loud it was bumping in my room on the 3rd floor. Run from this place.
This place was severely outdated. One of the elevators I almost fell in because chipping on the floor. I had a small hole in my wall, kinda like a peep hole, instantly covered that up! The shower kept making a very loud screaming noise, used it once and was afraid to use it again. They have a small little store that's open 24 hours. It was very convenient. Only downside was you had to get the items then go to the main check in desk to cash out. But the women at the front desk were very nice the entire time. The restaurant was okay they just had very weird hours. One of the nights there was a party downstairs and I could hear the music (and I was on the 4th floor). Thankfully the music stopped at midnight. I would stay here again after it is more updated due to the staff. Even the woman at the restaurant who was the waitress and server was super pleasant. She was the only one and was nice even when people like me showed up at 9:30 (fresh off the plane) to order food.
The place should be condemed, I think they had a water leak on the 6th floor. Smelled of mold the second you step off the elevator. Ceiling falling about and the walls are damaged. The bed was a joke and had some type of pad on it, blanket was as thin as paper. I would NEVER stay at this place again.
It’s an older facility but still nice. It’s clean and works for our needs. We use the stay and park for trips at the airport.

There were two bugs in my room under the mattress they stated that the hotel is located around a nature park and they looked like stink. Bugs so they weren’t going to do anything I tried reaching corporate, didn’t hear anything yet
This property is definitely in need of an upgrade. Had my room transferred to a “better room” but this hotel really lacks on cleanliness. Overnight manager was rude.

The staff was super friendly and exhibited excellent customer service. Quiet. My room was clean. Housekeeping didn’t miss a beat. The wings at the restaurant were great and the bartenders were too.

My first impression hotel looks good outside parking is horrible they use their property for airport parking was assigned a room that was dirty and not yet cleaned will never stay at a clarion hotel again

Hotel was old and worn. Lobby was nice but everything else was dated. Not the nicest area but fairly close to the airport. Shuttle took way too long almost an hour. Every other shuttle had multiple units.

Our apologies for the shuttle delay and we are working un the updates for the rooms this years. All furniture is less than 2 years old. (bedding, headboards, tables & etc) New carpeting, drapes & etc would really bring out the beauty of it and the dated look.
Very convenient to stay at when flying out. Park and Fly (secure parking) is right there. The hotel has thier own pay to park. Shuttle to and from the airport.
Our TV did not work using the menu (when hou first turn it on). Called down and they said that maintenance would be up to fix, never showed, unusual for this place. Still highly recommend this place for the reasons stated above.
