ON-STREET PARKING

Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two. The area near this unit usually has a little street parking available. Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited.

- Parking details will be provided after booking. The gated lot has covered and uncovered options, and you are allowed to come and go as needed during your stay. Rates start at $25-$10(discounts for longer stays, with a cap of $300 per month)

- Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee

- Pets are welcome for $25+tax/night (2 pet max, capped at $250+tax/month)

Nice Stay

The stay was good. I would stay here again. Would recommend an additional accent chair or two and shades or blackout blinds. Was uncertain about parking, so we reserved a place in the lot. Reservation process is quite cumbersome. Lots of VRBO emails and codes to keep track of. Check in/out process was a bit confusing. Fortunately the front desk was very patient and helped us out without any issues. Two bottles of water for four people was not enough and no ice.
