A good place to relax because of how peaceful the hotel is even the surrounding areas. Their choice of music gives a peaceful yet welcoming vibe. The staffs are very helpful.

Nothing was as seemed. Booked for convenience that a restaurant in hotel to find out the restaurant has been closed/demo from June 2023. The lounge was not food service ready at all for food. Having my card charged when it was pay at property was a big NEGATIVE.Had to fight to have my card refunded Comments on someone appearance was not needed and to talk down to me for using Expedia and not “their “ website. The refrigerator in room doesn’t work and when had maintance come in and said keep it closed it will work NO IT DOESNT Giess we will see how the buffet breakfast is tomorrow especially with no dinning room to service it in

Great service and beautiful entry way. The room was clean and bed was comfortable . The service staff was very friendly & helpful, which help soothed our concerns over the abundant posted rules, policies, and regulations (a little odd).

This is a very good value, even though it's not the lowest rates around. Restaurant wasn't open on the evenings I was there, but there's a Wegmans a short drive away for a variety of sandwiches, soups, salads, etc. for take-out.

Really Enjoyed the hotel It’s really Pretty inside, it’s very Comfortable and Homily feeling. The Kids enjoyed the pool, definitely worth it The Front desk were very friendly and nice, also very helpful Excellent Service.

The restaurant and bar are only open Wednesday through Saturday. Since I was there on Sunday and Monday that was not too helpful.

Amazing staff and customer service.
Best customer service I have experienced in a long, long time. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Tip of the cap to Diane who asked the cook to stay a few minutes extra for a weary traveler that was hungry. Hotel itself is clean and well nice. I don't travel to Glen Mills often...but when I do this is the only place I will stay.

This hotel is always so clean and quiet. I went when there was a wedding ( not this stay) and everyone was up until all hours ..... I still got a great nights sleep. The staff is always so accommodating. The breakfast choices were plentiful and it was delicious. I try to choose this property anytime I am in the area and need to stay overnight.
