My 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home gives a big historic city like Philadelphia a small town feel in an area with deep community roots. Nice spot in South Philly

This is a great spot to stay in South Philly. Quiet street and neighborhood. Parking wasn't an issue for me. I was always able to park somewhere on the block. Anthony was a great host and reached out before and after our stay. Would definitely stay here again 5/5.

Great Location

We had a great stay here. The house was cery clean and communication with the property owner was amazing. The location was amazing. We were able tontake the train from Lancaster -then public transportation right around the corner from the house. There are many great restaurants within walking distance.

The home was well decorated, clean, and had a great space in the living room for conversations! Great location with an easy walk to restaurants, shop, and the subway. Enjoyed our time there for a long weekend.

Good to be back home

Brought my family to Philly to go see the Dallas and eagles game and also experienced the mummers. The property is in a great neighborhood surrounded by great cafés restaurants and attraction. Great communication.

Philly Visit Jan. 24th. - 26th.

The property was way bigger than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The main floor was spacious and airy. The bedrooms are all a good size. The outdoor space in the back wasn’t used much, but it was nice to have. The house host was great to work with, very communicative. If this property is available the next time we visit Philly, we would definitely stay there again.

We Love This Property.

What a great trip. The property was perfect, clean comfortable, roomy. The neighborhood was amazing to walk around. It seems everyone had decorated for Halloween, and we walked through at night, taking pictures. We even had a nightcap at the bar on the corner. Parking is a bit of a challenge but we got super lucky, and parked in front of the door every single time. Our host couldn’t be better. He was easy reachable, responsive, and friendly. We would stay here again.

Amazing house!

Beautiful house with plenty of space for a family of any size to relax and spend time with each other. One of the safest areas to of Philly to stay with nice neighbors all around. The host communicates very which gives me a piece of mind when getting all the booking details. Parking is competitive I suggest to come early.

The house is in a great location, very walkable and safe. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house is large with lots of space. However the house was dirty with sticky surfaces, bugs, underwear on the floor, blankets and linens needed washed and hair.

Christmas in Passyunk

Location was great, especially for a holiday trip to the city. As stated in a previous review this property is for sale and its obvious that some things are being worked on and have been worked on to sell. Christmas tree was present which was a nice touch. I definitely felt safe in the apartment. Parking was typical city parking and wasnt a burden.

Fabulous neighborhood, perfect for traveling with our pup!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a wonderful location with free street parking during the weekend, which was wonderful for our large pick up. It was also wonderful that the property had a ground floor living area with only 4-5 steps for the entry, since we were bringing in our bikes for the Philly Bike ride on the 19th. The living area was large and comfortable, with cable tv, and there was a small enclosed yard. The bedrooms were as described and beds were comfortable. Check in was easy as were check out instructions. The only caution I’d give to future guests is that this property is currently for sale, and supplies were a little spotty - no soap for the showers, no dishwashing detergent. We were fine for our short stay but good to ask about this if you;re staying longer. We absolutely loved the neighborhood though! Great parks and friendly restaurants nearby, coffee shops, and close to transit. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Neighborhood/Location

I was hesitant to book this place because of the mixed reviews, but I can say that, overall, it was a great stay. Here’s the rundown of our experience: - Great location in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to everything… grocery, coffee, and lots of nice restaurants. Definitely felt safe in the home and in the neighborhood. - Home is very spacious and linens were clean. King and queen bed were comfortable. The third bedroom is two twin beds and totally set up for children, so not so comfortable for adults. Also, heat rises, so the third floor (where the twin bedroom is) gets very toasty. We think that there is a fourth bedroom up there with a futon (based on what the listing says), but it was locked. - The home is for sale and it is obvious that the owner’s priority is staging it to sell, not making it a special vacation rental. Aside from the quirky things that other reviews listed (hole in the floor, huge crack in the sink, and other unfinished remodeling projects), it is missing things like garbage cans in the bathrooms, hand towels in the kitchen, toilet paper holders, and other amenities that make you feel like a valued guest. They’ve got random stuff crammed in the corner of the kitchen, tiles stacked on the countertop, and multiple drawers in the kitchen are full of tools and random personal items. Ultimately, despite some of the quirks, I would stay here again.

Great location! We took the train in to avoid worrying about parking, and between walking, Uber, and the subway everything was easy to get to.House was clean and overall comfortable. There’s always things with a rental you wish were different, but bottom line - I would stay here again if we came to the area.

Great location near the stadium and had some good walkable restaurants. However, the place needs some TLC. Most furniture was worn or needing a stain remover . No toiletries also means no hand soap in the bathrooms etc. personal items from owners in closets and drawers.

Upper bedroom was extremely hot, middle floor was quite hot until ac was turned quite lower than we typically would. Even then, the top bedroom stayed quite warm. We borrowed a box fan from family which helped quite a bit in that room. Home suffered from typical rental type issues-damaged furniture being the main one, but overall, it was a beautiful home in the perfect location for our needs.
