The apartment was just as advertised. And the location is wonderful, everything is very walkable.

A relatively well-located property. The only real issue is the access, you have to use stairs, and if you can’t carry your luggage, you’re basically doomed. It has all the basic essentials, a bit outdated, but it worked fine for what I needed.

It was a nice unit. It didn't look like the pictures, but it was the same layout. It had a modern feel to it. It was a great location, near lots of stuff. Street parking is available, but we ended up parking in a garage most of the time. There are garages and lots within a couple of blocks. Several good restaraunts in the immediate neighborhood. The beds were too stiff for some of us, others were fine. Overall, we were very happy.
During our second night at the property, we discovered bed bugs in the room. I immediately contacted the property, documented the situation with photographs, and captured one of the bugs. My girlfriend, who was staying with me, also suffered numerous bites during our stay.
Beyond the obvious physical discomfort, this experience caused us significant distress. Discovering that we had been sleeping in a bed with bed bugs, seeing the bites on my girlfriend, and then having to worry about whether the bugs or their eggs had gotten into our clothing, luggage, and personal belongings was extremely upsetting.
The management only offered us two days of a refund however, I insisted that they refunded the entire stay. They agreed. However, they did not provide us with any other compensation. They didn’t even offer us any type of consolation for the possibility that our own homes now need to be fumigated.
I do not recommend anyone stays at this property. It is infested with bedbugs and although the price is good, the possibility of having bedbugs bite you all night long and having them transferred to your own home is extremely distressing and was absolutely traumatic for my girlfriend, and we are both traumatized by this event.
They also refused to give me the name of their company or where they’re located. They would only give a first name and a one 800 number and an email address to a woman who they say is the manager. This woman has yet to respond to my email.
