Situated in the heart of Center City, within walking distance from many known dining venues, high-end stores, nightlife hot spots, and more. Enjoy the convenience of an on-site fitness center and a Wi-Fi cafe, a panoramic view of beautiful Philadelphia from our roof deck with BBQ area, and a pet-friendly community. LOVE the way YOU live!

The Neighborhood:
Chestnut Street is a major historic street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was originally named Wynne Street because Thomas Wynne's home was there. William Penn renamed it Chestnut Street in 1684. It runs east–west from the Delaware River waterfront in downtown Philadelphia through Center City and West Philadelphia. The road crosses the Schuylkill River on the Chestnut Street Bridge. It serves as eastbound Pennsylvania Route 3 between 63rd and 38th Streets.

Liked location and proximity to University. Unit was clean. The 1st bedroom did not have air conditioning or fan, was very warm at night.

The property was not at all clean, nor did it look like the photos. Totally misrepresented!

I liked it a lot. Only negatives were the couch and glass table were not comfortable for long term TV watching. Only other was that the bathroom lights were dim. Thanks for the stay. Rate me back for leaving it clean and give me a discount for my next business trip to Philly. :)
