the room was lack of cleaning , the sand is every where on the floor , and the bathroom was very unpleasant of smell and condition.
everythings is quite old , and the service can't communicated in english as well.
We loved staying here at Muine Ocean resort. The room was good, our only complaint was that there wasn't much barrier between the rooms and we could hear the people in the room next door. Not a problem during the day but late at night/early in the morning woke us up. Particularly loved the outdoor shower!
I shocked when chose this hotel for my friends and my wife...bad services because the time of service from 6am to 10pm. When I asked them about the towels to swim at 9pm, they said that we have no service after 6pm...
Hotel is te vergelijken met een 5 ster hotel. Kamers zijn groot vooral de bad is groot. Dagelijks wordt de kamer schoon gemaakt en lakens/handdoeken worden vervangen. Strand/zee is ook prachtig. Ontbijt is heel uitgebreid. -/+ 10 verschillende mogelijkheden en nog veel diverse fruit. Kortom als je wilt rusten dan is deze Resort os ideaal.

2 star hotel
Bad hotel, not 3,5 start more liklely 2. Bad breakfast, slow wifi.
Pool was ok thats it.
If you are a family and looking for a quite place to stay this is the place. For the the price that you pay you will get a lot. Breakfast is ok and many restaurants are close by. We stayed there for four days and had a great time in the pool and at the beach.
The hotel is at the far end of the "strip" and so the position is far from ideal. We had to request a change of room because the air conditioning was very noisy, there was dust on surfaces and a robe in the wardrobe had blood stains. The second room was cleaner but a leak from the toilet cistern soaked the bathroom floor. This was reported but not repaired. The peeling wallpaper in the room was fastened with Scotch tape and the general impression was of a hotel poorly maintained. The grounds are lovely, the complex opens on to a beach front, there is HBO on the TV and the breakfasts were decent, but none of that made up for the very shoddy presentation of the room.
Overpriced and poorly maintained - Book elsewhere!
I don't like to be negative so I will try to find some positives, but based on our experiences touring Vietnam, this is one hotel to definitely miss! The first room we were offered was dirty, with dust on the skirting boards and BLOOD STAINS on the robes in the wardrobe. We asked to be moved because, in addition to the uncleanliness, the aircon unit sounded rattled and gurgled terribly. Our second room was marginally better but a broken fitting on the toilet meant the bathroom flooded with (clean fortunately) water. In this room, peeling wallpaper was actually fastened to the wall with scotch tape!
Yes the grounds are attractive, but you can walk the grounds for free without staying in the hotel, and yes the breakfast was fine, and yes the Vietnamese staff were, typically, friendly and helpful, and yet the complex opened directly onto the beach, but this Russian owned hotel is tired and poorly maintained and, at the far end of the resort, is not even well located. If you think about staying here, think again - there is far better accommodation available at much lower prices.
