Edenton Historic District, Walk Downtown, Dogs Welcome, Fenced Yard!
10/10 Excellent
"This cute house and cottage had everything we needed and more! Superhost status for Nicole is well deserved. She responded quickly to questions and provided good info in her property guide. It is obvious she has put lots of thought and effort to make guests stay wonderful. Cute, clean, great fenced yard, good location for downtown sightseeing. Best VRBO host ever! "
"After checking in and getting to our room we noticed some issues. They tried to help remedy the issues but couldn’t. Hotel was full so moving us wasn’t an option. Next day after returning from our sightseeing he told us they had given us the Presidential Suite. That was a welcomed surprise. We shuffled all of our stuff 3 doors down. Room was very big with separate area for king bed. Huge bathroom & living room & kitchenette with table. We had a great sights sleep both nights. Breakfast was good and standard fare of eggs, sausage & other hot & cold items. Clean area & maintained as well.
Laundry was $2.75 for each. Upon checking out I found out they did not charge us for 1st night & only charged us for the upgraded room. I very much appreciated the effort made by staff to
rectify the issue. It had nothing to do with cleanliness, that was fine. Issues we had fall under management/maintenance and not those who work the front desk. "
Quiet waterfront retreat - 15 mins to historic Edenton.

"Such a great rental! clean, spacious, well equipped and in such a beautiful restful quiet location! Tanner is a great host. Respectful and responds so quickly when you have a question (which we didn't have too many, since it was all well explained and simple). We highly recommend this house."
"Room 110- The room was outdated, and was probably an old smoking room due to the overwhelming smell. The air conditioner/heating unit was very loud but I understood that it may have been working hard to keep the room warm. Otherwise the room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the price was right for a quick overnight stay."
