"The motel was fine. Nothing was bad or good. I saw one worker while I was there. She was talking to another client so I went downstairs to talk to her about extending my stay by a night. She said that would not be a problem and that she would just charge my card another day. Everything else was done on-line. My room was fine, but my mattress seemed worn out. I've always enjoyed the location of the motel, being right on the main road and on the channel across the road from Lake Ruth!"

"Cabin is exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Great location, easy access to the highway. The only property-related surprise is the parking being across the street. Ample room for both of our trucks to park; we just anticipated it being closer. Not a big issue and we would definitely stay here again."

"Tioga Falls Cabin was one of those places that gets into your heart a little bit.It was just my husband, our dogs, and me, and it honestly felt like we had found our own little hidden piece of paradise. The property is so peaceful and beautiful that it is hard to put into words. Waking up to the sound of the falls, spending the day hiking, kayaking, exploring with the dogs, or simply sitting outside and taking it all in felt incredibly special.We did leave the property for a few hikes during our stay, but we easily could have spent every single day right there at the cabin and never felt like we were missing out on anything. There was something about being there that made everything feel slower, quieter, and more peaceful.By the end of the trip, neither of us wanted to leave. We loved the area so much that we actually came home talking about looking for property nearby, which probably says more than anything else could about how much this place meant to us.This was so much more than just a cabin stay. It was one of our favorite trips we have ever taken, and a place we already know we will be thinking about for a long time. We truly cannot wait to come back!"

"This was a perfect destination and home base for my wife and I to explore the Marquette - L’Anse, Ottawa National Forest area. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the home. The lake setting was very peaceful and the hot tub was the perfect relaxation after hiking the area. The home was well stocked with everything needed to cook in. Appliances all worked great. Plenty of kayaks for a family outing on the lake. The home has a mid century modern feel to it and much has been updated that lends itself to a very comfortable and stress free stay. A huge thank you to our gracious hosts and we would love to come back sometime if you would have us."
