Bom café, acomodação simples
O hotel está próximo de uma área comercial, nem tanto do centro histórico. Estava com uma boa organização para atender as condições sanitárias. O café é farto, diversificado e de qualidade. As condições do quarto deixam um pouco a desejar. Estava frio e as janelas não isolam, não tem cobertor no quarto (mas foram disponibilizados mediante pedido), a torneira do banheiro não tem água aquecida. Todo o barulho da rua é ouvido no quarto. Além disso, o quarto não tem espaço como armários ou suportes pra acomodar as malas, fica um pouco desconfortável com todas no chão. Os funcionários são solícitos.

Estava com problema no chuveiro e pia (disseram que estava com ar por isso estavam abertos). A cama era muito mole, e o ventilador era de chão, e não de teto.

Hotel bem localizado, numa das principais avenidas , porém um pouco barulhenta , inclusive tem shopping e mercado na frente , equipe bem simpática , café da manhã perfeito . Apenas o quarto muito pequeno e o banheiro minúsculo . Vc tem que pedir a limpeza senão não vem .

O quarto era bonito, cama confortável, chuveiro gostoso. Café da manhã com variedade boa, gostoso. Funcionários atenciosos. Vista do quarto era um paredão. Dava para ouvir os carros e motos passando na rua. A localidade não é no centro turístico, mas tem variedade de comércio perto, o que nos agradou. Tem pizzaria, padaria, mercado etc. Dois pontos negativos para mim foram ter que subir escada para acessar o quarto e o tamanho da cama que é o tamanho casal padrão (pela foto do quarto eu achei que era queen).

Para uma estadia buscando custo benefício atendendo super bem. Bem localizado, quarto e roupas de cama limpas e em ótimo estado, o quarto é pequeno, mas atende muito bem para um casal. Tem estacionamento, área comum com estrutura nova, bom atendimento e o café da manhã é bem bacana. Tem a questão do barulho da rua à noite. É, realmente faz bastante barulho da rua dentro do quarto. Se isso for um problema pra vc, creio q existam formas de contornar isso, mas, como todo local urbano, o barulho para num determinado horário da noite.

Lugar honesto mas preço caro.
Hotel um pouco distante do grande comércio mas não mentia para quem conhece Petrópolis porém as distâncias para os pontos turísticos nem de moto por dentro de florestas e morros. O atendimento é em geral muito morno, falta simpatia e sorriso na voz mas não posso dizer que é ruim. Banheiro da recepção estava horrível e imundo mas o quarto estava ok exceto pela TV que estava MUITO cheia de poeira por trás. Café da manhã Bom, comidas gostosas.

MUITO RUIM
É impossível ter uma noite tranquila nesse hotel. Está localizado em umas das avenidas mais movimentadas da cidade e simplesmente o isolamento acústico é ZERO. E não estou falando de pouco barulho ou incômodo pra quem tem sono leve! É MUITO barulho. Se ouvia pessoas conversando na calçada. A sensação é que os carros e motos estavam dentro do quarto. Motos com escapamento furado. Passei a noite em claro, isso pq não tenho sono leve imagina pra quem tem. Acredito que os piores quartos são reservados para o aplicativo. Se o hotel não tem como investir em conforto, seria muito mais honesto se deixasse isso claro no próprio aplicativo ou no momento do check-in, isso se chama comprometimento com o bem estar do cliente e prezar pela verdade. Uma falta de respeito total. No outro dia estava com sono, cansada. Minha mãe que tb estava me acompanhando não conseguiu descansar. É capaz de acabar com a viagem de uma família. Procurei o dono para dar o recado e o mesmo não estava la, mas o recado foi dado para o funcionário. Atendimento pelo funcionário satisfatório. Café da manhã razoável. O colchão de casal eram dois de Solteiros juntos, e um deles estava com afundamento que incomodou. Hoje, jamais recomendaria esse hotel pra alguém , e espero que leiam os comentários antes de reservarem para não passarem o que passei.
