Lugar excelente para relaxar
A casa é exatamente como no anúncio, tudo muito bem arrumado e limpo. Piscina e jardins impecáveis. A área da churrasqueira, que inclui a sauna e a jacuzzi, merece destaque: toda a infra necessária p/ o grupo estar sempre junto e perto da piscina.
Senti falta de uns abajures nos ambientes, deixa mais aconchegante do q luz branca. Na sala não tinha nenhum. Mas isso não diminui a beleza do lugar e da casa.
Um inconveniente? Muito sapo e rã à noite!! rsrsrs Frescura de gente urbana...

Expectativa ótima, realidade ainda melhor!
O Sítio Monjolo é uma propriedade muito bem cuidada nos mínimos detalhes, com fácil acesso, extremamente sossegada e com bom comércio nas proximidades. Possuii quartos confortáveis, uma excelente copa com mesa para 12 pessoas e uma sala bem ampla.
E o que dizer da área de lazer? Além de muito bem planejada (com sauna, salão de jogos, uma área de piscina incrível e um surpreendente sistema de som integrado em todos os espaços), existe bem no centro um amplo gramado para jogos e brincadeiras. Ah, e com direito a casinha de bonecas e uma bela horta.
Por fim, destaque para o paisagismo e para a fachada. Acima de tudo, é um lugar MUITO bonito, cercado de montanhas e de verde por todo o lado e que faz muito bem para a alma.
Menção especial para a D. Nazaré e para o Seu Zezinho, pessoas muito boas, discretas e que ajudam toda a experiência a ser a melhor possível.

Excelente final de semana em família
Casa muito espaçosa e completa. Tudo muito limpo, organizado e funcionando (a descrição da casa, dos seus utensílios e equipamentos é fiel). Nazaré e Zezinho sensacionais. O tempo todo disponíveis e eficientes. Renato, o proprietário, extremamente cordial, atencioso e correto. Recomendo muito a locação dessa casa. Voltaremos com certeza!

Estadia Nota 10
Minha família e eu (8 adultos e 2 crianças) tivemos uma estadia inesquecível e sem nenhum problema. O Renato respondeu com rapidez as minhas dúvidas iniciais e foi muito atencioso ao nos receber e me mostrar os detalhes da casa. Os caseiros Zezinho e Nazaré foram muito prestativos a todas as nossas solicitações. Contratamos a Nazaré para nos auxiliar na cozinha.
A casa é muito confortável, bem conservada e limpa, sendo a área plana, muito segura para crianças. Aproveitamos muito a excelente área de lazer (piscina, churrasqueira, sauna, jacuzzi e sala de jogos).
O Renato nos indicou um churrasqueiro com o qual ficamos muito satisfeitos. Usamos muito um serviço de entrega de uma mercearia/padaria próxima.

Excelente casa para família com bebês e crianças.
Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa no sítio Monjolo. O Renato respondeu com agilidade e precisão todas as perguntas feitas. A Nazaré e o Zezinho, que cuidam da casa, estavam sempre disponíveis e foram muito atenciosos. A estrutura da casa é ótimo para quem tem criança e bebê. A casa tem um berço e uma cadeira de alimentação para bebê, que são itens que ocupam espaço na mala e ajudam muito. Tudo muito limpo e bem conservado. Espero voltar em breve!

Excelente estadia durante o Ano Novo!
Nossa experiência na casa foi excelente, desde o fechamento do pacote até o check-out. A casa é ainda melhor do que as fotos e descrição mostram, muito espaçosa, tranquila e confortável.
Fomos em um grupo de 7 adultos e 4 bebês de 1 ano cada, e a casa é segura para crianças e não tivemos nenhum problema.
Espaços internos espaçosos e completos, sala de estar confortável, sala de jantar completa e com toda a louça necessária para um grupo grande e cozinha também completa.
Área de churrasqueira, piscina e área de lazer/jogos completa e confortável.
Nós procuramos bastante por uma casa em que pudéssemos passar o Ano Novo de forma tranquila e confortável, e tem mercados/farmácia em Secretária bem completos e que abriram até o dia 31/12.
E por fim, gostaria de deixar registrado que os caseiros (Zé e Nazaré) foram essenciais na nossa boa estadia, extremamente solícitos, educados e que nos ajudaram em toda a limpeza e organização da casa. Foram nota 10!
