Positioned on the North Arm of Walloon Lake, this newly constructed home has all of the modern comforts and amenities desired for your summer getaway on one of Northern Michigan's most reputable lakes. Enjoy the pristine waters and flawless shoreline while relaxing on the private dock. The expansive front patio is perfect for summer grilling and an evening cocktail with charming lake views and plenty of seating for the whole party. The home is set back enough to provide enough privacy for the relaxation your vacation deserves.

This home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms; the modernized kitchen provides all of the essentials for cooking and entertaining. The master suite upstairs is spacious with large windows showcasing unbeatable lake views and an attached en suite perfectly laid out with a walk-in tiled shower. The living room is appealingly comfortable with a fireplace, tasteful decorations and more Walloon views. The kitchen and living room flow into each other with an open concept and has doors that lead out to the front patio.

If you appreciate location and convenience, this home is for you! Only a short 10 minute drive to Petoskey, you have all the comforts at your disposal. Shop downtown Petoskey or visit one of the many wineries in the area. Wine, distillery and brewery tours are popular in the fall season, whereas this house is centrally located for easy access to any of them. You are only a 20-30 minute drive to either Boyne Highlands or Boyne Mountain for some winter skiing and other activities. Enjoy golfing at many courses in the Spring for some pre-summer season fun; there are also several nature preserves in the area for hiking or biking. Book this home any season for some Northern Michigan experiences!

Absolutely Amazing!

Highly recommend. Family of 7 was very comfortable. Most well equipped VRBO we've ever seen. Very high quality finishes. Plenty of room and very close to Boyne City, Petoskey, Walloon, etc. We will be back!!

Indian Garden on Walloon

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the Indian Garden rental home so much. It was the perfect space for our family. The outdoor dining space was perfect for our group of 8 and the covered outdoor porch was so lovely for reading during the day and conversations around the fire table in the evening. This part of the lake was pretty quiet which was nice for paddle-boarding too!
