About this property
Unit 1: Beautiful townhouse near to Petoskey shopping, restaurants and trails.
- Come stay in this comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. There are two units in this duplex, each with its own entrance with a shared deck in the back. There is a large back yard with lots of room to relax. This quaint old home has been fully remodeled and has a small view of the bay! Walk downtown for dinner or shopping. We are close to bike trails, beaches, golf and ski resorts and much more. It is situated in a quiet residential area. This unit accommodates 6 comfortably.
We have windowl air conditioning units: one upstairs and one downstairs. We use old school window fans too!
