CENTRAL A/C!!! Huge Downtown Historic CVX Home! Walk to town & beach!
- The perfect setting to create lasting memories: a historic 3000 square-foot home in downtown Charlevoix with wrap-around porch to play, eat and drink together. Charming and beautifully updated, this home will feel like a special space for family to gather, a classic summer cottage. We offer you everything that you will need during your visit - fully equipped kitchen, comfy linens, Wi-Fi, cable television, and a swing for the porch. A large grassy side yard to play in and plenty of parking! Lake Michigan is around the corner!
We have a first floor bathroom, all four bedrooms are upstairs with an additional full bathroom.
